So,, at first you have to sign in on your blog account. after sign in you have to find out (theme) and click on it.

Then you can see this type of   interface.Then you should click on (reset /backup).After clicking(reset/backup)button you can see this type of interface

Then you have to click on (choose file) button.Then you should choose the (xml) file of template. then click on upload and its done.
